“Bees Knees is a lovely soft coral, great for everyday and Menatour is a vivid purple which is a little more daring and would look great for evenings. The lip lubes are moisturising on the lips, give great colour pay off and have a nice minty scent. The colours look really glossy and my lips feel hydrated and nourished hours after applying… I have been wearing Bees Knees everyday for work with a matching peach blush and then changing it up in the evenings with Menatour and smoking the eyes out a little more with purple shadows.” Alice, Shallow Wonderland
“Menatour: Bouncing with vibrancy, this one had to be my favourite – do think its more tailored to evenings, perfect for a night out! The look you get from Bees Knees is one of a more natural subtle effect, perfect for daytime. You can feel the peppermint-shea butter formula that give moisture to your lips with a dash of mint. “Two of Laqa & Co’s Lip Lubes dropped into my postbox in ‘Bees Knees‘ and ‘Menatour‘ and I have been trying them out this week. With application similar to a lip balm but with the pigment of a lipstick, the Lip Lubes are a pleasure to use. They have a fresh minty scent and are easy to apply on the go. “Menatour is an amazing purple shade that doesn’t dry out the lips and would be great if you want a daring day time look, probably the way I would wear it as I rarely go out, or it would also look great at night with a smokey eye, blush and mascara. A statement shade. Great for day or night. The second shade I received was ‘bees knees’ that was a great ‘my lips but better’ shade on my lips.
